We regularly restock products and any items that are no longer sold will be removed from the store. If your order is urgent, feel free to drop us a message and we can give you an update on when we expect re-stock the product.

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has left our warehouse. This will include your tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery progress along with an estimated delivery date.

We ask that you let us know as soon as possible, before your order has been dispatched. If you order has already been shipped, we will arrange a return with you once it's been received at your address. Please note we cannot refund shipping, if your item has already been dispatched.

All of our products are for ages 3+ however if you have any individual questions please feel free to get in touch. Please also use your own judgement based on the product photos to ensure your purchase is suitable.
